This paper proposes a DST model that leverages the related slots from different domains. A slot connecting mechanism is proposed to build connections across domains. All reviewers agreed that the model is simple, technically sound, and effective. Some questions raised by reviewers are addressed by authors, and R1 is inclined to increase the score to 4.
